With more and more wearables and sensors coming online, we are collecting incredibly large amounts of personal data. Even though many people initially seem interested in tracking their data, telemetry shows that the interest wanes quickly. Should we continue to collect all this data? Why are we collecting it anyway? What is it that we should do with the data?

Using Microsoft Band data, including heart rate, detailed sleep and activity information, his team is working on changing people’s behavior to improve their health and wellness.
