Steve Kaneko, with 28 years of experience at Microsoft leading product design in hardware, software and horizontal cross-functional teams, will share key concepts that have proven effective in anchoring and orchestrating experience design amidst an industry of constant, disruptive change. Focusing on the human factor helps us both understand “why” we design and build things, but also “how” we get products realized. Steve will share how these concepts helped him and others navigate fulfilling careers that combined the comforts of “flow” with the constant learning curve required in a constantly changing technology landscape.
